Kindly allow 3-5 business days for order processing. We do not offer a 'same day shipping' option at this time.

All orders default to UPS Ground shipping unless an express shipping option is selected. If you would like to ship collect on your company's FedEx shipping account, please follow the prompts on the product page to provide the required information. There is a small surcharge when selecting between Ground, Freight or P1. Specialty Coatings Inc. will not be held responsible for shipping delays if not all required information is provided.

Specialty Coatings Inc. is also not responsible for delayed shipment due to carrier issues or inclement weather. We are committed to fulfilling your orders in a timely manner in the order we receive them.

Cancellation and Return requests are not guaranteed and subject to restocking fees and return shipping costs (when applicable). See Below

Cancellation requests must be submitted to info@specialtycoatingsinc.com within 24 hours of order confirmation and before your order has left our warehouse. Accepted cancellations are subject to a 5% restocking fee.

For all return requests, please contact info@specialtycoatingsinc.com within 30 days of purchase with your order number and reason for the request. If your request is accepted, we will be in touch with next steps. Due to various agreements with our vendors, all returns will incur a 50% restocking fee in addition to return shipment costs. We cannot accept open products and Specialty Coatings Inc will not approve any return requests due to shelf life if there were no shelf life requirements on the original order. Certificates and shipping costs are non-refundable. Custom mixes and non-stock items are non-returnable as well as hazardous materials and dangerous goods. These items are final sale. If you have any questions about our Return Policy, please contact our team before placing an order. Accepted return requests will be processed within 14 days of return receipt.

Damaged product must be reported via email ASAP and within 5 business days of receipt to info@specialtycoatingsinc.com. Please attach photos to your email.

To ensure accuracy, all document requests must be purchased at the time of checkout.
